COVID-19: Status Update
To FoxJet Customers and Business Partners:

The COVID-19 pandemic is a new experience for all of us with rapidly changing information and requirements. FoxJet’s focus continues to be on employee safety followed by our customers’ needs. The response to COVID-19 has been quite fluid in recent days with Federal, State and Local government mandates. As always, FoxJet must and will fully comply with all regulations during this trying time.

Based on recent government actions, our Marion, IL and Frankfurt, IL facilities are under a stay at home order whereas our corporate St. Charles facility is just outside the jurisdiction of St. Louis and thus is not under the stay at home order - however, many of our employees live in affected areas.

FoxJet and all its distributors have been designated as suppliers to essential businesses; most importantly to the Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Food & Beverage businesses. Some areas of our business also support Transportation, Oil & Gas, Electrical Components, Industrial Safety, Sanitation, and several other businesses that the government have deemed as essential. We are; therefore, considered to be an essential business and will remain open for business. We have confirmed this with the government, and we will do our best to continue supplying our products and services to businesses that are essential for our society in this difficult time. We are actively working through the process of confirming which orders in our backlog are essential and non-essential and will focus our efforts on servicing Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Food & Beverage customers first.

We will continue to follow the guidance from the CDC, Government, and ITW Corporate. Arrangements have been made for all employees who have been deemed non-critical for production purposes for “essential” products to work from home immediately. All workers who must be in our facilities are employing social distancing practices. We have also increased cleaning and disinfecting efforts as well as training for our employees on all manners of reducing the impact of COVID-19.

FoxJet will continue to monitor the situation and take all required actions to keep our staff safe while serving our customers. We thank you for your understanding.
